Within 30 days of receiving the product, if you find any quality defects in the product, please contact customer service in a timely manner and provide clear product photos and a description of the fault. If it is confirmed to be a quality issue based on the inspection results, it can be covered under warranty. Damages caused by human factors will be repaired for a fee.

The warranty does not cover damages caused by crashes, improper operation by the user, physical damage during assembly/disassembly, normal wear and tear, voltage exceeding the normal input range, improper welding, reversed battery polarity, water immersion, unauthorized modifications, etc.

For products that are not within the warranty period, you can choose to send them back for factory repair, and the final repair cost will be determined by the engineer.
